These are porcelain paints - in powder mixed with oil. Later the piece will be fired at high temperature inside a kiln for the glaze will be permanently “attached” to the piece. Very different technique than acrylic or watercolor. 😊
@@datinnorehantunkukamil8022 may I have more on the mineral oil? I am Italian living in UK and I cannot translate what mineral oil is. any photo to be sent?
Beautiful! May I ask you: Do you paint on bisque or on transparent glazed piece ? What ingredients do you use for your colours ? Stains or oxides - and are they kind of oil based ? Thank you very much for answering :-) !
I wondered the same. I don't think it could be bisque because I just imagine the paints would dry up much faster on bisque. She was able to move the paint around on the surface a lot, so my guess is... glazed?
You can mix the paint with mineral oil (even baby oil from Johnson&Johnson I used) or Copaiba oil. That’s what I use. I saw her comment that she uses 50% turpentine and 50% mineral oil.
This is great!! Thank you! I love that you’re kids interrupted. It’s so organic 😊
