Yito2K’s Dhalsim fighter is too much of a matchup nightmare for Zombie-Damage. The zoning employed by Dhalsim totally negates Fei Long’s aggressive approach.
Yito2k is one of the best Dhalsim's in the world and he mixes up his attacks so well (staying back vs attacking with short slides, spinning attacks at various angles), that he usually has the advantage against any player or character. He plays Dhalsim as close to perfect that I've ever seen.

Fei Long is possibly the weakest in this game. He can't deal with fired ball characters.
