"Dil is the story of Raja and Madhu whose innocent love story is wrecked by the egos of their prejudiced fathers. Raja is the son of Hazariprasad, a scrap vendor while Madhu is the daughter of Mr. Mehra, a wealthy industrialist. Raja's father pretends to be a rich businessman before Madhu's dad but his lies are nailed during Raja and Madhu's engagement ceremony causing him embarrassment. Watch how Raja and Madhu's undying love for each other forces their respective fathers to bury the hatchet and accept their marriage.

I watched DIL so many times since my childhood. Still watching it in 2019 and I don't get bored. Every scene is heart touching. This movie was the biggest blockbuster and highest grosser of 1990. Aamir Madhuri had awesome chemistry. Heard while doing this movie both of them had really fallen for each other. I wonder they didn't act after this super duper. Only Deewana Muzhsa Nahi was exception. They should have done more films together. They had great chemistry on screen and off screen as well.

Hello, Ive just bought the Shemaroo DVD, and I am quite dissapointed, that it does neither show such good picture nor contains the song dum dara dum although this song is in the uploaded version. I thought this version would be the same like the one available on shemaroo DVD, maybe you should add a hint, that this is not the case. 😒
