- PERI PERI BITES RECIPE
• Ingredients for peri bites:
- 400 grams boiled shredded chicken
- 500 grams jalapeños
- 200 grams cream cheese tub
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 eggs for coating
- 1 cup flour for coating
- 1 cup bread crumbs for coating
- Oil for frying
• Ingredients for the sauce:
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp peri peri powder
- 1 tsp paprika
