Thank you so much Andrew for this cleansing practice! I could really feel the accumulation of energy in the Forehead Chakra point at the end of the practice. 😇👌🏻✨🙏🏻
Thank you for sharing your light. Music was amazing as well and elevated the meditation. I saw indigo and eyes during the meditation. This is opening something in me.
This was a very relaxing and zen kundalini class! Thank you Andrew for sharing this one with us. The mediation with the music was so relaxing I didn't want to leave mediation it felt very nice. Sat Nam
This is just what I needed. Thank you so much. Taking time to physically ground before the session was Devine timing. At the end of the session I feel as if I am levitating. My senses more attuned. My capacity to love rechecked. Thank you 🙏
Wonderful practice, just what I needed today; a good balance of physical and meditation practice. My mind feels so much calmer and I had a brief but powerful moment of being the light, thank you. I loved the music too, thank you to your friend. ❤ 🙏
That's wonderful Karen! I'm so glad that you enjoyed the class, and the combination of music included. Please show some support to my friend by subscribing to his channel www.youtube.com/@into.samadhi 💞
Mmm so goood. These practices always bring me more clarity, more feelings of serenity. Thank you so much for your guidance and sharing your knowledge🙏🏻🥰
Thanks Andrew. This was a great session and excellent for when low energy, not wanting too much physical to do and still access some meditative kundalini awesomeness. You’re always a great teacher. Much love and many blessings to you 🥰🇨🇦💕🧘🏼♂️🙏💕
Thank u I got to love Kundalini Yoga with your calming voice...I was wondering (because I am an ayurveda Therapist) if there are some practises for the dosha types Vata/ Pitta or Kapha? Thanks for your respones. And I loved the meditation Thank you. And Divine Love to all who read this you are beautiful, amazing and your divine path is waiting for you. 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
Hey Daniela! Yes, actually I'm just in the middle of studying the Geranda Samita, one of the most complete classical texts on Hatha Yoga, and it makes many references to the benefits of each practice on curing diseases of the different Doshas.
Thank you brother really enjoyed this, I have sinus issues so I find it difficult at times to breathe trough my nose, what are the differences between mouth and nose breathing with these exercises 🙏
Nose breathing is always recommended, unless otherwise specified. Aside from the air purifying effects, the nose has very important energy channels which get activated by breathing through it, that help to balance our nervous system, bring energy and clarity to the mind and increase overall awareness and intellect. There's a reason that the term "mouthbreather" is used to describe someone of lower intellect. If you can, try your best to always breathe through the nose! I would recommend you start to practice daily with a neti pot, to help open the nasal passages. Check out this video for more info: th-cam.com/video/Xvs8oDs5Q18/w-d-xo.html
great kriya. what app are you using for the sounds? when you are doing the breathwork. is it a metronome app? it is very good and i like th single bell when the minutes are over too. thanks andrew.
I have three apps that I use regularly in my practice and teachings: 1. Metronome Beats - basically just a metronome with a timer (the timer part is important for me, so I can focus on the breathing without needing to worry about when I should stop) 2. Kundalini Timer - this basically a programmable countdown timer, where I can create a single press button for whichever time I desire. 30sec, 1min, 1min repeating, 2min, etc.. 3. Simple Hof - this is a very basic free version of the Wim Hof app. It can play some background music or not, while making noises (I choose the sound of the breath) to count how many breaths (30,40, etc). Then times how long the retention is for me, and I restart when I press the screen. I really love all these apps. Note that I'm an Android. If you're running iOS you may not be able to access all these apps. I'm not sure.
hi andrew! thanks for this thorough answer to my question. i taught kundalini for about ten years but now volunteer a little and also have my own practice so these tools will help me with both. sat nam.@@RefeelYoga
