i think the reason they spell things wrong is so the text to speech voice can say it right, because sometimes it'll glitch and mispronounce it.

The wind whispered through the trees, carrying with it a chill that cut to the bone. Emily shivered as she walked down the narrow, winding path that led deep into the heart of the forest. She had always loved the woods, finding solace and peace among the towering trees and rustling leaves. But tonight was different. Tonight, she was alone.
She had come to the forest to escape the noise and chaos of the city, to find a moment of tranquility in the embrace of nature. But as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting long, eerie shadows among the trees, that tranquility began to fade.
Emily had heard the stories, the whispered tales of the haunted forest that lay hidden deep in the woods. Legends of restless spirits, vengeful ghosts, and things that lurked in the darkness. She had never believed in such things, dismissing them as the product of overactive imaginations and too many late-night campfire stories.
But now, as she walked deeper into the forest, she couldn't shake the feeling that she was being watched. Every rustle of leaves, every snap of a twig, sent her heart racing. She quickened her pace, trying to shake off the unease that had settled over her like a heavy fog.
The path ahead seemed to stretch endlessly, the trees closing in on all sides. Emily couldn't remember which way she had come, and panic began to claw at the edges of her mind. She had always had a good sense of direction, but in this place, everything seemed to blur together.
Then, as she turned a corner, she stumbled upon an old, dilapidated cabin hidden among the trees. It looked abandoned, a relic from a forgotten time. The windows were shattered, and the wood was weathered and rotting. It was a haunting sight, and Emily hesitated before approaching.
But the cold, the darkness, and the fear that had been stalking her pushed her forward. She needed shelter from the encroaching night. Emily cautiously stepped inside, the floorboards creaking under her weight. The air inside was heavy and stale, like it hadn't been breathed in years.
As she explored the cabin, Emily noticed something odd. Strange symbols and markings covered the walls, etched in what looked like dried blood. They formed intricate patterns, twisting and turning in ways that made her head spin. She couldn't make sense of them, but they sent a shiver down her spine.
With growing unease, Emily made her way to the back of the cabin, where she found a small, dimly lit room. In the center of the room, there was a rusted iron ring embedded in the floor. Chains dangled from it, and a feeling of dread washed over her. What had happened in this place? Who had been kept here?
Just as she was about to turn and flee, a voice echoed in the darkness, a whisper so faint that it could have been a trick of the wind. "Help me," it pleaded, a desperate and mournful sound.
Emily's heart pounded in her chest as she searched the room for the source of the voice. But there was no one there. Only the chains swinging gently, and the symbols on the walls seemed to writhe and pulse.
Terror gripped her, and she stumbled back, rushing out of the cabin and into the night. The forest seemed alive with malevolence, the trees closing in on her, the path twisting and turning like a labyrinth. She ran blindly, not knowing where she was going, only desperate to escape the horrors that lurked in the woods.
As she sprinted through the darkness, the voice followed her, growing louder and more insistent. "Help me," it cried, a haunting refrain that echoed in her mind.
Emily ran until her legs gave out, collapsing to the ground in exhaustion and fear. And in the silence of the night, as the forest closed in around her, she realized that she was not alone in the haunted woods, and that the legends were all too real.
