Hi Jess, My husband and I tested positive for Covid in the beginning of September, we are now doing ok, it lasted about 2 weeks give or take a day, we just rested and I took no medicine my husband got some supplies from his primary care Dr. neither one of us took the shot. I had low energy like that for so long. I did the elimination diet then reintroduced certain foods one at a time to see if it was something I was eating that my body decided to no longer tolerate. It was too much sugar. I can eat sugar again but not every day. What I had was called candida overgrowth. I felt like death.

I am going to gift it to my son as his HS grad gift one day. So I am reading through it, highlighting and note taking and then will have all the men in his life sign it and write notes to him!
