OUCH!!!!! I absolutely love your cymbal demo. the mix was excellent! Your grooves are so Phat and Sweet plus each groove perfectly represented the cymbals you were demonstrating. My name is Billy Coakley I have Been a part of the dream family as an artist for about10 yrs and this one of my favorite demos!!!! God Bless you Ben!
Very cool. I particularly like that 16/22/24 setup. I run the same cymbals except my hats are a 16” Bliss Paperthin on top and 16” Bliss crash on bottom.
I absolutely adore my 22" Bliss crashride.. ( I got an original 22" Bliss crashride back when Dream first stared used from a guy on trade.. I believe it's more akin to the Vintage Bliss series than the modern Bliss series... ) And I absolutely adored it until it finnaly cracked to bad to use anymore.. even with a very long crack running Midway across the bow on one side, along with the lathing.. that cymbal sounded better than anything else I'd ever played.
Great review. Bummed you didnt crash the.. 24 flat small bell ride as a crash.. coz that thing is on fire. Use it at church. Loving the Bethel..Hillsong..Phil wicham type sound.. big crashes in the big choruses. Absolutely love it. That 20" energy crash ride surprised me.. it sounds amazing.
Nice cymbals, nice playing. 👍 You said these Contacts would work in a well- mic'd situation. Would the Energy line be the next step up in terms of cut/ volume? Trying to understand Dream's different lines and their applications. Sweetwater sells them now.
Is it the camera angle, or are those hi hats turned “flatter” than usual? Certainly a more prominent bell, and less shoulder. They sound very crisp, and I love the attack of the Energy crash/ride.
Nice to see some love for the paper thins. This is how cymbals demos should be done. Welcome to the family, sir!
Glad to be on board!
Great walkthrough and great playing! I'm loving the 22" Dream Bliss Ride I got last week
Drumming for 15 years and the Dream Bliss series is by far my favorite cymabls. I play heavier music but LOVE the washyness of the Bliss series
Sounds good and love those Toms!
Ben is an awesome player! Dream cymbals are beautiful!
Ben is the real deal! Obviously he is a killer drummer but he is also a great guy! Great job getting him on your roster Dream!
You’re the man!
Ben makes everything sound so good!
Too kind!
Ben is the man!
Fantastic demo. Great energy and feel behind the kit.
I love dream cymbals!
Love my 20 contact crash ride and 22 contact ride
He did a good job of demoing these. Not too much talking and unnecessary playing. Brief but vivid description then Straight to the money.

Hey thanks so much for the kind words. Honored to be with Dream. They’re amazing cymbals

Exemplary playing. These are some truly great cymbals. I play a set of energy's.
Amazing!
5:20 Shoooeeeee! Ben, you are nasty man!! love the groove.

Absolutely, Energy would be a little brighter and louder
What's the gate on the snare?

Must be the angle or just how I have the hihats. I was using a backup clutch and it’s probably more rigid than what I normally use.
I need a 24 inch crashable ride by dream
Glad to see that someone still uses manly drum sizes.
