I met Zac Robinson's sister at a golf tournament in Vail, CO and she said their family and Gundy are not on good terms thanks to the way Gundy abused Zac when he was injured as the OSU QB. I don't know if they've repaired that split, but I doubt if Gundy ever apologized to Zac. Gundy is not that guy. So, thinking that Zac would come back to Stillwater to be an OC after being an OC in the NFL is a little far-fetched. I could see him coming back after Gundy were retired and it came from AD Chad Weiberg -- not Mike Gundy. I'd love to see Zac come back as HC, but that's still a stretch.

We keep talking about who we can bring in and who we can get to replace horrible and failing coaching. Zac would be a great HC candidate, but I don't see him leaving the NFL for a college coordinator role. We all agree changes need to happen within the program, but no one wants to talk about the elephant in the room. Does Oklahoma State have the right AD running our athletic department? I was on-board with the initial hire of Weiberg, but a critical role of an AD is not just the management of Athletics and coaches, but to also bring in donors and funds to aide the athletic department in many ways! Weiberg has NOT done this, with the inception of NIL, Okstate should have more donors lined up to help bring in department donations, but also to get them to donate to NIL and we don have that. Are we missing T. Boone more now than ever? I am not so sure Holder didn't setup Weiberg to fail on this aspect, he recommended Weiberg get the job, knowing there are NO OTHER donors out there to even augment what T. Boone was doing for OSU Athletics and the University, but Holder actively alienated all other opportunities to source more donors unless they could write checks with 8 digits in the number, before the decimal. Gundy need someone to better hold him accountable and have that hard conversation about how things are obviously NOT working and tell him changes are in order, but Weiberg isn't that guy! Or end the perpetual annual renewal for Gundy's ongoing contract, all that is doing is increasing the buyout on Gundy and rewarding mediocrity and that sends the wrong message to fans, alumni and potential recruits.

Can we afford Zac Robinson? If so, would he come back for just OC. We need OL coach,OC,& QB coach on the offense side. We also need them to stay 4-6yrs build something strong. Think Zac Robinson OC/QB Coach,Rashuan Woods WR coach,Zach Allen OL coach
