Love this machine, but I did some moist hams and noticed a bit of moisture being sucked into the chamber -from what I can see the moisture is collected in the channel and the vacuum pumps are higher up on the sides - am I correct or am I doing something wrong? The moisture was minimal?
Great presentation mate. I just bought one of these and I'm waiting for the delivery. But I have a question. Why do you use the dry option for the steak and roast that you did, I mean aren't they more of a wet item? Cheers from Down Under.
I like at it, if I think there wont be much juice coming out I don't bother. This has a good function though. You can pulse it. If its very wet and delicate the pulse function works really well. Thank you. Best, Rik
Great video as always, you sold it for me...however only used it 9 times, purchased July 24 now it won't vacuum, inkbird not at all helpful...will now purchase a different brand...Waste of my money....but I do love your videos
This is the model I have, bought it in 2023. It was really great to watch your presentation, all functions clearly explained. Nice bit of 'kit'.
🙂👍
Glad it helped. Thank you. Best, Rik
Already own one of these, bought at Aldi, but this machine looks classy, might have to rethink this one.😊
I always get excited getting inside a new box 😂
I need to acquire one of those, cracking piece of kit Rik...

It does happen - that's what the channel is for. Just wipe out. As long as it seals it will be fine. Thank you. Best, Rik
@@BackyardChef Thanks!
Thank you - great how to!!!
Thanks. Best, Rik
Hi Rick. Love this. On the list for my kitchen gadgets.
It's good, mate as you know I won't show anything that doesn't work. Obviously, I've had no problems with it - it is great. Best, Rik
I’ve bought mine and at a very good bargain online. Don’t wait.❤
I use all the time Anne - I have to keep ordering the sealing bag rolls. Best, Rik
Thank you for helping me see what I was doing wrong!!
Glad I could help! What were you doing? Best, Rik

Sorry to hear that. Mine is working fine. Let me know how you get on with a different brand - It might happen here. Thank you. Best, Rik
14 quid for a vac sealer at Lidl or just the rolls
No idea. Best, Rik
Can we use any brand of food vacuum sealer rolls or does it needs to be specific ones? (ex: food saver bags, degree)
Ive used various types of vacuum rolls and they all have worked. Best, Rik
Great demo and review can you use precut bags ?
