I’m on my 11th personal companion GSD/Alsatian but did rescue for 9 years and have at some points had more than one at a time. I’ve had up to three at the same time. None were genetically related and they were of different ages by a few years! Best friends and loyalist companions any human could ever wish for! For me the world with out them would be almost unbearable! Certainly life would be a much less joyful, lonelier and sadder experience.👍🐕😘💖💕🙏🤗
... male tad over 2yr old I have now - every time I feed em in his elevated dual bowl setup (food/water) - once he's finished n' leaves the area with bowl clean - ''''every single time a few times of every single day - for over a year now'''' ........ when I walk over nearby n' give a looksee ....... ''''there is 'always' ONE morsel left alone in front of the bowl on the floor'''' ! NO exception to his rule !
I was passing a kidney stone one evening. Screeching, vomiting, breathing like it was my last breath, and in unremitting pain that can't be explained how severe it is unless you've had the misfortune of passing one. In the midst of all of this my GS, Maximus, comes over to me and licks my face. "Papa, tell me what to do to help you, anything"? It was the sweetest thing and made me giggle for a microsecond. When he passed it was one of the most horrible days in my life. I would also tell you that our love and friendship was one of the best things that ever happened to me in my entire life. I haven't been able to get another GS. He broke my heart.
It becomes easier to bear over time but I find that a lot of my life is now spent trying not to think about how my dog died. The regret is the worst though. Or maybe having dreams of him and feeling like I have a second chance. Just gotta find something to fill the gap, and a new dog usually helps.
All dogs have their personalities but the German shepherds are have so talented cute can be very funny too like this one in video❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
We raised 1 from the time he was 3 months until he was 11 yrs old. He grew up with 2 daughters and now they each have 1 for their kids to grow up with. Best breeds to have! I still miss him!
Dad Terry is a wonderful man, exemplifying the unconditional love and forgiveness only God can inspire. Too bad his daughter is of such sorry character.
My German Sheppard (Jessica) was smart and a great protector of my elderly father, unfortunately on a couple of occasions cost me a great deal of money! First she but the neighbour canvassing for the Red Cross (although he admitted he tapped her on the nose because she wouldn't stop sniffling him). Second was the propane delivery man who just opened the storm door to hand my Dad the bill. The Shepard just saw a hand entering her realm, and not it. On the bright side we taught her to go to the toilet herself in our cold Canadian winter, even learned to flush after I put a paddle type handle on the tank (I'm not kidding).
I have 3 GS mixes and a pit bull that are always good for some entertainment. Beware! They do not do well left alone without their humans (pack). I came home from work 1 day to find my GS 2yr-old had herself stuck halfway through the door to her room she chewed through. Now she goes visiting if Mommy has a long shift! 😅
my pure bred gs girl loved “digging” in her pool and barking at our new trash can and a few weeks later our grill. my roommate “dude I think your dog is retarded” funny she was actually extremely intelligent, she knew immediately if I was down and wouldn’t stop bopping my head until I laughed. she even taught herself to sit by watching me reinforce training with my older dog. she WAS a goober but was actually the smartest dog I ever had. while building a fence years later if I knelt she stopped chewing her stick and stood up and watched everything, when I stood she went back to laying down and chewing her stick. I caught on and sure enough she guarded me when I was down everytime. on walks in the woods she’d get a bit ahead of me but always stopped and looked back and if I was too far off wouldn’t go until I was close. I never trained her to sit or come or heal, she did it on her own! she got extra treats those days🥰 obviously. her male offspring did make me an expert pen builder, I boarded him once and warned the staff…”we’re used to houdini dogs” not like him you aren’t l, I warned them. they had super high fences and indoors he couldn’t get beyond their main front door. was the only reason I left him there. the opening staff were greeted by him twice laying in the front all chill and like HEY GUYS!! they told me and I said “I tried to warn you” super smart and super sweet, the staff actually loved him 😂 he just liked to roam, main reason I prefer females, they don’t roam as much or dig out. but he was my accident baby boy (thanks mil who ignored my instructions), he was such a lovebug too. wouldn’t have traded him for a million bucks!
German shepherds are very smart dogs. They will let people in your house but 10 not to let them out along time ago the dog did not create us at the door. We found them in one of the back bedrooms next to the closet door and someone yelling get this dog off me call the cops and the man was arrested. We knew the man who Robbed us My GS was smart enough to know that person did not belong with no one else. Was there miss that dog, RIp gunner
My late very best friend I named SCOTT. He was a German Shepherd / Beagle-Mix (see my portrait to the left). I would love you giving this name to the next German Shepherd or Beagle that comes in. Thank you. Regards from Hamburg/Germany.
Hi! we are a new channel with a German Shepherd and a Rhodesian Ridgeback! Would love to have to have some more members of the community subscribe to us :). Love these pups!
Some uses of technology are sad. Like lame ohs who can now talk over videos, pretending they are a narrator, when they are really just like lame ohs who talk in movie houses destroying my personal enjoyment... until I turn the sound off... again.
Best dog breed in the world!!
... 👍
Oh yes ! Have had six and now three .
you said what I was about to say. 😃

When your GSD learns how to swim is the greatest thing ever.
Die Schäferhunde sind unschlagbar 🐕🐕🐕😃🙋♀️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I grew up with German Shepherds and they are really funny 😂

One of my ideals in life is to raise a German Shepherd, loyal, cute, smart and smart, there are countless advantages, a good partner for humans👍👍👍

followed you home for some breakfast, you got security he got full belly....fair deal
3:20 is kinda cruel - if no ones there this can cause sheer panic
So enjoyable ❣❣❣
Loved the 'instant regret fails' clip! Thank you!
Love the narration.
❤❤❤❤
Marvelous. Cannot thank you enough.
Yeah..I have the same baby gate to “contain” my GS..didn’t really take long for him to do the same, exact thing..opens it at will!

Would be nice if you could lose the narrator.
True. But great video.
... yea shame when the narration is of lower intelligence than the subjects portrayed in the video
Fr
And the shit music
He’s the most unfunny guy. Ever. You just know he was bullied hard at school

Great dogs! Not so great voice over.

Voiceover ruins every video
Funny and hysterical. Get rid of the narrator
