Awesome! Just awesome! Just got thru with the Wisconsin deer season and was starting to look into benchmade hunting knives for gutting deer! I was looking Friday at the big size crooked river model and I just think I may HAVE to have this to gut a deer next year! I wonder how things will hold up in the chest cavity of a deer when it is submerged in blood while reaching to remove wind pipe? I wonder when it's all over if a guy were to soak and swish in dish water a few times and some blue lube when done if it would still function just fine? I know fixed would prolly be wiser, but I'm a folder dude.

That is why I think this model is great for that purpose, but we will see about the crooked river with the wood and tighter lines
