We may view another way. Anwar by giving Mahathir the opportunity to show his true manipulative character, helped exposed all the traitors and provided Mahathir the opportunity to embarrass and humiliate himself with a devastating defeat before he leaves this world. If not, Azmin would have been the deputy prime minister, a hidden monster in waiting. We have to thank God for this.

What are you ranting about? As much as he is the most hated politician in Malaysia, he and Muhyiddin did nothing wrong. It was Mahahir that resigned from the PM post because opposition bloc and Anwar have been pulling strings and pressuring him to handover the PM post to Anwar himself.
Secondly you are just being ignorant when it comes to our Federal Constitution. It clearly stated that whoever commands the majority of the August house will become the PM. When you vote, you don't vote for a PM but a party. Party that won the most votes or coalition that won the most votes will get to decide on their PM candidate because that PM automatically commands the majority of the MPs from the August house. Hence, when Mahathir resigned, Muhyiddin managed to rally support MPs from Pas and Umno which gave him a razor thin majority. Thus it gave Muhyiddin the chance to be the next PM and form his own cabinet.
Also, the opposition had the opportunity to bring down the current government during phase 1 of the budget voting in Parliament. BUT why the opposition didn't do so?
I suggest you comment based on facts rather than emotions. You are just making a fool out of yourself.
PS: I'm not a umno, pas or even bersatu supporter. Which in fact I voted for DAP in the last election.

@@meiyansoh7507 It's either you are blind or you don't know how to read my reply. I clearly said, coalition or party that won the most votes will get to nominate their own PM candidate. Yes, Mahathir's party did won the least votes but Mahathir's party aka Bersatu was in Pakatan coalition. Since Pakatan won the most votes during GE, Pakatan coalition therefore gets to choose their own PM candidate which in this case was Mahathir. And that is how Mahathir became the PM even though his party won the least votes.
Muhyiddin situation was due he commands the most MPs in the August house compared to Anwar from Pakatan after Mahathir resigned. During that time, Anwar's coalition Pakatan failed to secure the majority needed which is 112. Hence, the Yang Dipertuan Agong agreed to let him be the PM as enshrined in our constitution.
Use your brain and get your facts right. You are making a fool out of yourself. Our constitution is the supreme law of Malaysia not your so called half baked knowledge.

The way Azmin talks is a bit similar to Tun M. So charismatic and convincing, yet there's a feeling of dubious in his words
