I love this combination!. I have used this so many times before and its Hilarious when people rage at you just..Healing everything
I think there are better combinations for the Passive. I think Nashor's, Rageblade, Wit's End, Randuin's and Jaksho's might do the trick. Instead of Randuin's you can also get a Zhonia's.

I just started practicing with Xin, he is fun, not hard or tedious like i though he would be, playing him lethality as an assassin is fun especially in aram lol, bruiser seems unkillable sometimes especially in a 1v1

you should do full ad AD xin, lvl3 (almost) guaranteed kill better to play it mid, the combo is q1 and q2 to minion, e to enemy, q3 knockup, w and makesure both part of w connect, you get attack speed from e, and w stab slows so enemy cant get away without dash/flash, just be careful that xin is really squishy with this build so you a glass canon with this build, oneshot a carry and dies in teamfight
build i use is eclipse into sundered sky/profane hydra into more lethality, last item you can get hourglass for stasis and bit of heal or GA, runes are electrocute, sudden impact, eyeball, relentless/treasure, triumph, and alacrity/coup de grace
