I would recommend a mask also, when working with plasterboard you can see the little fibres floating through the air everywhere. They used to warm us about asbestos, now they warm us how dangerous mdf is next will be plasterboard. Ask the merchants what they put in the gypsum and they don’t know so be safe find a good mask that is comfortable so you don’t feel like you need to take it off
