It's normal to sides of refrigerator getting heated. But make sure you will free up enough space between the side of ref and walls. or Contact Customer care for the issue

But in my opinion Build Quality Can be improved. I Can Hear Some Minor Cracking Type Sound From Door Handle Space While Opening The Fridge But It Is Very Minor So It Can Be Ignored.
