Hey Hey Dwight! Always love to see what the kids are doing. They are so strong and soak up everything they learn like sponges. It's so often said this is a fav Thai dish, with extreme popularity outside of Thailand. You know that I've never visited Thailand myself (it's in big letters on my bucket list :) but I have eaten Thai food in other countries. I have never ordered or tried Pad Thai!! I usually go for Tom Yum anything or Tom Kha anything, with a wonderful painfully hot beef or pork curry. Along with rice and stir fried veggies, of course. All of which I am sure pale in comparison to the real deal. But never Pad Thai! Maybe it's waiting on my list of things to try properly, like durian lol. +Cassandra its more famous outside of Thailand than on the ground 😂. Some of the kids had never had it before, imagine that! But yes I've eaten way too much and it's often mediocre. Wait til you find a granny cooking it over charcoal!
