It is very smart to do hyper-miling and I would like to suggest : by using hi-octane, polishing vehicle for enhanced aerodynamics, correct air pressure, oil additives, regular maintenance is a must; plugs, filters and lubricants etc..
In real life scene when you're in busy roads, like picking kids from school or going to office, you can't go more than 40, 50 and while alot of breaking and stopping. I doubt that you'll get more than 20km/l from this car. Still better than most.
Its not Average, its Pedal Average mean to say, it shows the ratio of average on the scale of acceleration pedal. Because, my Alto VXL shows 50K/L average on Acceleration Pedal and 18-25 on Overall Average. Don't be confused

What are your thoughts about using Liqui Moly fuel system treatment in 660c engine after every 2000km. Would that help cleaning internals and increasing fuel millage?
Yes it would help keeping your internals clean and maybe even increase the fuel avg... The fuel quality in Pakistan is very bad... I also use liqui moly additives in both my diesel and petrol cars
I use the 2014 Toyota Pixis Epoch 660cc (Same car as Daihatsu Mira ES) on a daily basis to travel 110 kilometers. Around 70 of these kilometers are spent on Ring Road at a speed of 100-110 km/h. The car still manages to give an impressive fuel average of around 22.4 km/l. I'm sure if I drive at 80 km/h, the average would go even higher.
