    Great video, if I've submitted a grievance letter, should I continue to work? Also, the perpetrator has not been suspended, is this still following the correct process?

      If you suffer from the grievance, you are entitled to take sick leave.

    Dangit why are all of these videos from the U.K. or other places where there are actual real options against workplace bullies? I'm stuck in the U.S., dealing with an AWFUL workplace bully in a State Government office, and there are virtually zero options for us that are effective.

      Don't think its much different here in the UK.. you can't raise a claim with the employment tribunal for 'bullying'.
