Very cool! I don’t have many Geocoins yet. Btw, do you know where to find information about the geocac benchmarks? I would love to find the one in AZ while at GWXX, but I’m not sure where it is in AZ, and there is no info on them on the geocaching website.
I also love geocoins that you can earn and not buy, such as the Slice of Seneca County Pizza Trail one, or any official GeoTour coin, for examples. I like that dumpster fire coin, but I really like the 2021 ammo can lackey coin. That one's probably my favorite of the five you showed.
I have a couple dozen geocoins. My top 3 fav are (no particular order): the Notre Dame coin (released after the fire); my Alaska mosquito coin (purchased at an event while visiting AK last August; and a certain coin sent to me by a certain Vlogger from a drawing done on Geocaching Network. 😄
The only one of the five that I also have is the GEOCAC one. I too love it! Other than that one, I too like the ones I have earned, so the ones I have from completing GeoTours are my favorites. I also have a collection of the annual coin from my Minnesota's geocaching association, the MNGCA.
2021 wasn't so bad for us...a couple of late 70 year olds. We had just moved to this area. So we spent the year placing and finding caches along country roads. We even created and placed a COVID shaped cache GC99YBF...
Fantastic coins as only to be expected from a fantastic geocacher.👍🙂 By the way, I have never heard of those Benchmark geoca(?) thingys before. How long have they been a thing?
The geocac benchmarks is an old project. I think from 2006 or so. Watch the playlist in about it. th-cam.com/play/PLKf28EuRjbp3S6AGyRlNq4cjPuzs8GXsF.html&si=dcDwMZjPdN5xzGjw Spoiler alert.
I only have a few geocoins. I won a geocoin at my first ever event (SE Michigan HNY event), found one that was part of a gifting series from DarylW4, but my favorite was given to me by my muggle sister in law who found it at a garage sale. It's a St Patrick Day coin 🍀
I do like the {{{BLING}}} so I have 3 cases of coins. I must admit that the Pizza Trail coin is one of my favorites as well. I also like the FTF Magazine coin of you in your Back to the Future garb. The color and composition of that coin is outstanding. My favorite coin in the case though is in the shape of a crab that is holding the square, multi-colored geocache logo.🦀
I have WAY to many. Close to 900 now. I have a silver ammocan and of course the dumpster fire. I also like the ones I earn or events I attend. Hard to choose with so many.
So many favorite coins. My preference is round coins as I feel that is truly a coin. Although, I too have the dumpster fire, and the ammo can (silver). Even have the original can of beans one. 🤪 I do get some sculpture coins. I love the leap year ones. Recently obtained the one from Space Coast and another one that HQ put out, bought them both from Space Coast. I mean, who doesn’t love frogs? 😁 I also own a bunch of GeoTour coins as well. My goal has always been at least one GeoTour a year, but this may be a year I skip it.
Yeah, I get that. Right now all my coins are in a smaller storage tote. Some are activated, some are not. I kind of gotten lazy over the years I guess. I never gotten into display cases, and am seriously jealous of yours. I guess one day I will figure out what to do with all of them. Same with Pathtags, just stored, as I have over 1500 of them.

This is the GC number for the one in AZ. We will be hitting it on the way to GWS.

That ammo can coin is so epic. I’m lucky to have a gold one. Coins that are earned are truly the best. They are attached to memories.
I am excited for the GWXX coins! I will make sure to make the hike up to the GEOCAC that is right outside of Flagstaff.
It is closer to Sedona.
@@TheGeocachingVlogger I know. I just said flagstaff because that is where the event is held. Lots of my target caches are in Sedona though.

I enjoyed MN themed coins as well.
Very fun! I haven't done nearly enough geo-tours, but I agree, earning the coin makes it extra special.
coins are attached to those memories. I love that.

Well, I have 3 of those 5 :) My fav is the flux capacitor as well, although mine stopped fluxing as well . I should try the fork trick.
A few years ago I needed to buy a new battery for it.
@@TheGeocachingVlogger I was thinking that as well

@@TheGeocachingVlogger Thank you. I'll go take a look.

Garage sale coin. Thats the best. Was it activated?
@@TheGeocachingVlogger surprisingly not!
I actually liked hunting for old school benchmark survey discs. The geocaching app used to have that feature but no longer does 😐
Fun! Nice coins!

I almost picked that FTF coin too.
How do u get geocoins from geocaching events and know when those events are like the pizza?
The pizza coin is not an event. It is a county in Ohio that has a special geo trail. Event coins can be brought at events.
I have WAY to many. Close to 900 now. I have a silver ammocan and of course the dumpster fire. I also like the ones I earn or events I attend. Hard to choose with so many.
great video. i have that dumpster fire coin as well. My fave coin that i have is my ms. pac man coin.
Hopefully the Pirate Coin makes your top 10 one day.
Ahhhh… I haven’t even got that one in my display yet

Love this. The thing I don’t like about non-coin coins is that they don’t fit in my display boxes.

Michael’s sometimes has great deals on display cases. Great winter project.
Very cool
The reviewers were gifted the gold ammo can Lackey coin
Cool!
Seamyshell might be my most favorite one…
I love your videos! P.S. can I have one?
One of my coins?!
I should make a video of my Top 5...
