I’m so grateful that I found Pastor Bauchman. It was at a time I felt I wasn’t good enough or worthy of anyone’s love, much less that of our Lord Jesus Christ. I was like the blind man of Bethsaida Mark 8:22-26. The Lord opened my eyes to the truth of the Word, and for 27 years I saw the Word bleerily. I could make out the way, but my vision wasn't clear. issues i have with sola scriptura:
1 - it is not taught in scripture itself.
2 - it does not tell you the canon of books in scripture.
3 - there were Christians before the new testament were written and had to either follow the apostles or disciples of the apostles (in both cases, not NT scripture).
4 - for most of church history the laity were illiterate until the printing press (how convenient that the sola scriptura doctrine was introduced nearly right after that).
5 - the bible itself does not have a rubric for how to perform baptisms, marriages, etcetera.
6 - the bible does not have an in detail account of the filioque. why do protestants tend to prefer the Catholic version as opposed to the East Orthodox version?

At age 29, The Lord Jesus saved me - eventhough I'd been a lost church member for almost 20 years ! PRAISE and BLESS HIS HOLY NAME !! Our Pastor was preaching through the Book of Revelation . I Loved it then and still do, 46 years later !! I'm 76, now,and have Never gotten away from Our Lord !! Through sad times as well as good, Jesus is Always my Rock !!
I thank God for His healing of this man. I pray he has many more years ahead in which to preach Christ in such a God honoring fashion.

When I came back to Christ I read revelations like 5 times in a row, I guess because of how mysterious it was. Once you learn about the history of when it was written, and get more familiar with the OT it just opens up to show you this beautiful message full of the promise of a loving God.

This preacher and all of Christendom's preachers do not understand Revelation. None of them can accurately explain it since they don't understand what is symbolic and what is literal which proves they have not received Holy Spirit that gives understanding of Scripture. They are false Christians.

Only the Bible and that's it. Points are addressing those. There is no catechism of the protestant Church so i have to go with what i have experienced more.

Having a good, working knowledge of the rest of Scripture (especially the Old Testament, as brother Voddie said) is a prerequisite to understanding Revelation. Also, the 66th book of the Bible is a revelation OF JESUS CHRIST (again, as Voddie said). Revelation was NOT written to reveal the name of the antichrist; NOR was it written to give the year of Christ's return; etc.
There have always been antichrists. The revelation is about the destruction of the literal temple and the sacking of Jerusalem in 68-70 AD.
I listened to this sermon twice and it's without doubt the best explanation I heard on the book of Revelation. Thank you for the up load and God Bless your ministry from South Africa

He is 100% wrong on that, worship only the Father not Jesus. Jesus always rejected WORSHIP, but acts of respect and humility, called "obeisance" were completely different than worship.

I’m probably not qualified to give a comprehensive enough answer. The truth is available is you seek it objectively with a humble heart.
What I can say is Ephesians 2:8For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9not of works, lest anyone should boast.
A gift is something you receive you don’t earn it or buy it or get it as a reward, otherwise it’s not a gift. It’s also never free. Someone always pays for a gift.

Jesus sealed the Word Revelation 22:18 If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book.

Catholicism is not a works based salvation. It doesn't teach that. yes, we recognize no one can earn a gift. We also recognize it is possible to lose a gift before it's ready to be opened.
Catholic Bibles do not have any books passed the book of apocalypse (revelation). Protestants are the ones who are starting to take out the end 12 verses of the gospel of mark and the middle 12 of gospel of John. And of course they took out the deutercanonical altogether. also, when apocalypse 22:18 was written, you didn't have an established canon. You had to go to an outside source a direct disciple of an apostle or apostle himself to tell you which was accepted cannon.
So that means you only know they are divinely inspired because Dr. Baucham told you so. The bible itself couldn't tell that by reading itself. Thank you for proving my point. Sola scriptura is self defeating.

I was intrigued by the title, but once you mentioned Revelation, I knew I was in for a ride. A worship team at my church has been singing an hour set based in Revelation 5:8-12 for the past few months. We sing the scripture, then sing insights inspired by Scripture. Before this set, I was always freaked out by Revelation, but the depths we went considering His worthiness... a thought I often had at the beginning was, "I am not even worthy to sing praise to Him." That feeling has long since passed, but only as we grew in this Scripture together, understanding His tremendous love and sacrifice to redeem us to the Father and to share in His inheritance, the beauty of His majesty that we cannot even comprehend.
Thank you for this message. I weep to consider the Worth of the the Lamb.

I needed to hear this! Been wondering about the 7 spirits in Revelation... And I also appreciate his boldness on the airplane! I need that. Praise God for His Word.
My Bible has study notes that say the 7 Spirits are the fullness of the Holy Spirit, maybe that can help you understand it as well.
The seven spirits. The spirit of the Lord, spirit of wisdom, spirit of understanding, spirit of counsel, spirit of might, spirit of knowledge, and the spirit of the fear of the Lord.
i am very curious how "the Spirit of The LORD" does not have all these within, especially when The LORD JESUS Is listed with the seven Spirits, as before the Throne‽ please explain.
3:1 “And to the angel of the church in Sardis write: ‘The words of Him who has the seven Spirits of GOD and the seven Stars. From the Throne came flashes of lightning, and rumblings and peals of thunder, and before the Throne were burning seven Torches of Fire, which are the seven Spirits of GOD; and,
6 And between the Throne and the four living creatures and among the elders I saw a LAMB Standing, as though it had been slaughtered, with seven Horns and with seven Eyes, which are the seven Spirits of GOD Sent Out into all the earth. Please use Scripture, as We lean on The LORD and not Our own understanding.
The 7 Spirits means the fullness of the Holy Spirit.

However, he isn't preaching truth and what he is preaching only separates people from God because only 100% accuracy of Scripture is acceptable to Him. Saying we should worship Jesus is a lie, we give honor to Jesus but worship belongs only to the Father. His teaching that Jesus is God is another lie, he's a good speaker but a terrible preacher with no understanding of what truth is.
