I follow healthy diet and clean eats I was lazy doing exercises may be not my cup of tea but YOGA changed my life( so much relaxed ) I feel so good am so excited to get up early to do yoga. If someone try to do have a try and u can nt stop doing it. Once a habit u incorporate in ur daily routine no matter wht happened u will find time to implement it. Thanks chechi fr ur videos

On your suggestion, currently reading 'Atomic Habits'. Please do 'day in my life' or an inspirational video atleast a week, it is really encouraging for me and I bet is for most of the viewers.
