After seeing these Flosstube videos, now I am so back into cross stitch! I so love it. I don’t have a LNS near me so flosstube is how I get to visit other stitchers who love what I love! Chelsea--The chart with the farm and border of E-I-E-I-O is one I did 35 years ago for my sons nursery. The frame was barn wood and the frame shop cut the center of the mat in the shape of the barn. I kept it all these years until I moved to AZ 13 years ago and I gave it to him. I'll have to ask if he still has it in storage. I did stitch it on green fabric. I remember stitching as if it was yesterday. So treasure that chart cause it's an old, crusty one!!!!

Great video! Those chickens are fabulous, what a lovely gift. As far as designers go, there are so many that when they have a new chart out I’m instantly obsessed. I think it has to be Nora Corbett though, her designs are just beautiful and I want them all!
It is hard to pick only one designer that I get excited about when they release a new chart, so I will list three of my absolute favorite; The Scarlett House, Rosewood Manor, and Long Dog Samplers. Of course, there are many more that I love; we are so fortunate to have so much talent available to us, such fun!! I loved seeing all of your WIPs and finishes; the Crazy Cat pattern is hilarious and so fitting for your situation. Hugs to you both, and happy stitching.

My dad grew up in Burlington! His school was a tiny 1-room school house! Later my grandparents had a place on Bohner’s Lake so that was our vacation spot in the summer!
