I remember on a FIFA 21 career I had, we were in course to win the quadruple and I was carrying the team, it was February and I got a 7 month injury and we ended up winning nothing and my national team lost the euros too
I got an acl injury on fifa 21 6 months out and somehow I still got my team into the championship playoffs and won promotion to the premier league
Last year I played as Sancho? I think on the euro or wc semifinal i got a 7 month injury and my team lost the final 🥲

I got 7 months in my season for Frankfurt, was only in December, I already had 39 goals and I was dominating the Bundesliga, the cup and Europa league, then without me the team lost all 3

In career mode my best players keep getting injuries, my best player in my arsenal career mode got an ACL injury and was off for 7 months, team kept losing after that

I got injured my rookie season in the MLS final at the beginning of the 2nd half of the match. Their defense were playing me pretty hard that whole game too. I was out for 8 or 9 months with an ACL tear. What was crazy was I agreed to transfer to Inter after the transfer market closed too. I only ended up playing 9 games for Inter and went on to move to Real Madrid because they offered me a monster deal during my recovery lol. The only good thing from a long term injury like that is the training XP you get every week so your overall will skyrocket from all of that time off quickly. You’ll just be plowing through levels.
The longest injury I got was for like 6 months, it said fit in 183 days at one point 😭

Bruh on my FIFA 22 career mode i had two ACL 's in two consecutive autumns so I was out for 14 months in total one year after another. What is even more interesting is that on my first one i was out until April so I got to play the Cl knockouts for Man U and win the CL, scoring about 10-15 goals and 5 assists. Next season, I was injured in November, but by that point, I had 30g/a, which got me nomineed for the Ballon d'Or (Mbappe won it either way xD)

Started a Birmingham city rebuild and am a month in and Chong got a 7 month injury. I think that's the worst I've gotten. Ended up ruining his potential and 3 seasons in to his return and he's only a 73 🙃 unfortunate especially because I was trying to build him and jobe up and build the team around them and bring back Jude once we're good enough, ended up messing my money up the first season in the prim and haven't been able to recover to the point of getting more than a few places out of relegation, but I guess that's pretty realistic so I shouldn't really complain.

Lately it has gone really riddiculous. I have not changed any sliders and i had avg of 1-2 players injured per game. At one poing i had 6 players out including Mo Salah with 8 months.
the most injury i got was back in fifa 16 , in a crossing situation my player was there in the box ready to hit a header, only to got bodied by a defender and fallen to the ground injured.
I forgot what the injury is, but I got sidelined for 7 months.

Bruh, I was carrying Inter Milan to a Serie A and UCL win in my second season when I broke my toe, and because fifa is fifa my manager viewed it as me not preforming and dropped me from the squad (reserve) so then when I come back I’m transfer listed and was shipped to Real Madrid, so there’s a positive but also it hurt cause I wanted to finish that season with them and then make my big move :/
Worst I had was I started playing for Austin FC in the MLS, played 2 pre season matches and in the 94th minute of the second game I tore my ACL, was out for 8 months. Came back in the transfer window and immediately got sold to Norwich. Short MLS career lol
Yep, same happened to me just now. I was even playing in a Portugese club too. It really sucks, now my manager rating is going down, and our position in the league is dropping, because I can't carry my team now. Thanks EA.

Injuries suck on fifa when your a player, you just lose manager rating for no reason and then when you get fit you get sold and can never get back into the team
I was off for 5 months with a torn acl 💀
When I returned I was put in CB( I was messi but they were experimenting me being striker before) and my team ate I helped get a lot of goals ( called ekitike) was moved into my position & M’bappe was also a striker(I think)
But that was luckily only for 1 game (they made me a sub) and now I am a winger (ekitike replaced Neymar 😬)
3 months is nice bro. I came on as a sub after starting my player career for 10 minutes, it was preseason, I tore my ACL. Out for 6 months, played against Man United for my return, torn ACL again.
There are options to be retired on player career mod and manager mod both. You will see the message like "sorry for your accident and club decided to expire contract of you"
In my Liverpool save my Van Dijk got injured for 6 months so I captained Rice and he got injured for 3 months. I ended in 5th place, still won the Carabao cup, UCL quarters, but they still fired me after 4 seasons
I did a Manager Career with Rangers in Fifa 22. First season January transfer window, I bring in Nketiah from Arsenal and he has a brilliant run of form. Final game of the Scottish Premier League season, Nketiah picked up a 7 month injury.

Injuries like Heart Attack (if your player is VERY tired) and brain injuries would make the game more realistic

If im not mistaken in football manager i think it is possible for a player to die. However they say something like he cant play anymore and we will miss him.
I had the ACL tear once, and it took me out for 5 months. I was off for 3 months previously with a muscle tear. Bad luck.
My player last year tore his acl twice and was out for like 350 days
Same with mine 5 months because of ACL injury, it happened during my game on UCL Finals and because of that we lost.
Think my worst injury was 164 days on my debut for Brighton worst thing was I was on loan from Salzburg and I was out for the entire season 😂

@@lsloeiu2754 you can just turn it down If you prefer I don’t know about turning it off fully, it’s somewhere in settings you can turn the frequency one down so you don’t get injured to often and then you can turn down how bad the injuries are so you end up being out for less time if you happen to get injured

Got one a few days ago starting as a low rated player for Liverpool and I was mostly carrying the team (Got us into caraboa cup final, fa cup semis, first in prem things like that) and on just a normal game against man city haaland tackled me and when I checked how long I was out for I was so annoyed, 7 MONTHS? kinda off topic, in a manager career in fifa 21 I bought hlozek and he picked up an acl injury in his first year. Considering the impact dynamic potential had, it blows my mind how he still got 99 ovr on the 6th year, also not having the greatest individual stats
I got injured two seasons in a row first one was 150 days. Then the next season I was in the champions league semi finals second game and we were pretty much guaranteed to win and then I got injured with 20 minutes left and I was out for 50 days missing the final in the champions league that we lost.
