Really got a good experience and details about the process of making cricket bats. I'm giving this comment after watching second part too. Really Good quality of work.
I love cricket, but don't cut trees, you can import vibranium from wakanda and make bat from it will last long for generations.😉 For guarantee you can ask captain Steve Rogers
It's fascinating to see the process of how a cricket bat come from tree to finish product. Looking forward to the next part of your video. I wonder if you will show the grading process as well.
Thanks for Your comment Doeun! The next video part two will be more detail, and it will show the whole process from the point of the last video ending :)
Really great video guys. One question, when you're splitting the rounds into clefts why do you use a splitter and not a chainsaw? The splitter could split it inaccurately?
To my surprise, the mongoose bat really turned out to be a very capable bat for playing hard hitting shots. I have uploaded the video of my net session playing with the mongoose bat in the below link: th-cam.com/video/BaAHT7i21Ws/w-d-xo.html
@Kippax Cricket Limited I get that but I was told players willow comes from certain part of the tree? The best bats I've used with best ping have always been a bit softer.
Wow....I enjoyed the music more than anything else......could you please provide the reference for the track please??? Also, nice video, just cant wait to see the next part
Thanks for your comment, no willow gets wasted, the bits we don't use are not good enough quality to use for our bats, We only use the very best parts of the trees, and all of the cuts go to a local farmer.

Is all English Willow bats are able to play with leather ball
All cricket balls are leather and a lot of bats (even professionals) use English willow. There are just different stages of English willow.
For all nature lovers - We will have carbon fiber cricket bats in future
That's more harmful for nature as carbon fiber manufacturing exposes more co2.
