But, I'm positive there's some "stuff" in his life, like the REST of us! So, bearing that in mind, as long as he gives a solid word as instructed by the spirit, that "stuff" that may or may not be in his life, he'll have to get that right with GOD!!
when it comes to rebuking and preaching against sin its important to remember that the Bible tells us to speak the truth in love. im not saying that ppl should not be taught that homosexuality is a sin against God, but i still believe that some preachers slip their own personal feelings and distaste for particular sins instead of just focusing on Gods word.

Real Prophets are used by God for correction. In the bible when you look at all the prophets that were used by God...were for correction! Everyone is claiming ti be a prophet or a prophetess...you are going to be set apart as one. You are not like others. The mouth and the voice piece of God! Prophets will NOT be liked by everyone because they preach or deliver the message of CORRECTION!! I rather God correct me than tell me about monetary things...God supplies your EVERY need...

But after hearing this man bash homosexuals the way that he did... he left a bad taste in my mouth, and I can't listen to anything else he has to say. Sin is sin. But flesh is also flesh, and there is nothing good in the flesh. I don't receive flesh messages (which was what that was) from anyone, including a "prophet" teaching from a pulpit. I don't find this man to be humble at all.

To answer your question about seer's, a seer's is talk about greatly in the old testiment. the people of the land back then compared them to the same type of people as wiches and fortune tellers because they have never known of great gifts as such for your biblical proof so you can read about them yourself is- 1Samuel 9:18,2Kings 17:13, 2Chronicles 33:18, Isaiah 29:10, Isaiah 30:10, Micah 3:7.
