I love the whole topic "liberal arts doesn't prepare students for the real world" and "these humanities and artsy programs lead to failure" It just doesn't pan out. The streets aren't filled with homeless B.A. graduates with philosophy degrees. There is nothing wrong with career track schools, but a true liberal arts curriculum shows you whole new ways of thinking. After that, it's the student's personal qualities that matter more than anything else.
Thanks for sending this video, its helpful to see what the space in the doubles is like. A couple of questions. Are there lamps in the room? If not what kind of lamp works best? Desk lamp? Floor lamp? Is there a dresser as well with counter space on top? My daughter has a fish tank she wants to bring! Also is there room for a comfortable chair? Thank you! Linda (mom of incoming freshman Sara).
