What jo doesn’t know very well is that she saved so many relationships between parents and children by letting a show like this exist. I learned about parenting from her even before I got pregnant, and heaven only knows how lost I would have been if there was no such guidance

Since I was born in Senegal but we call our country Senegambia and moved to Haiti when I was 15. And typically you don’t see this type of behavior due to the fact we were disciplined for bad behavior. It’s not abuse if you discipline your child for doing something wrong or stealing but a charger is different as it’s not necessary. But I do think they’re child will be well behaved.
Jo Frost was way ahead of her time with parenting techniques. So many families were transformed from simply learning that you can discipline without ever laying a hand on your child. ❤

I honestly think Jo Frost's disciplinary tactics can work because she's managed to successfully teach parents that spanking a child doesn't work in regards to discipline and that it encourages the child to solve all of their problems with physical violence.

I Love her show I only wish the would do a supernanny revisited to see if the families really changed or not I know most of the kids are adults now but it would still be nice to see and if they have kids do the kid now adults use her methods on there children or not

The reason I asked about it is because in several of her episodes she schools parents and kids on the importance on healthy eating and plenty of exercise. As well, she said that after she gets married, she plans to have children biologically and that is sometimes very difficult when you're obese. It's not anything you should be taking offense to.
you are not rude Furby, you are right! It is nearly impossible to have kids with such big weight when you are young, but after 40 it is pretty much impossible... People aren't willing to accept reality. It is their choice, I guess.
