It looks like resin. Not sure though. It looks too thick to be varnish or finisher. I’m not sure though.

Beautiful! Can you tell me what the maroon sharp point tool is? And two part resin?
Its a Pergamano 0.5 embossing tool. I got mine from claritystamp.com but sometimes amazon carries them as well. The resin I use is Art Resin
I just ordered 4 silicone molds to make my own rocks. Can you please tell me what the best cement to buy? And how much cement and water do I add to the bowl? 😊 Thanks.
I use ultracal 30 and follow the happy dotting companies measurements. You can download those on this page. happydottingcompany.com/downloads
If you chose to use something else you will need to read the instructions on the bag to do your ratios of water to mix. Hope this helps! Sue

It’s a pergamano 0.5 embossing tool. I purchased mine here
