      And what about the way Jacob pulled away on the climb as well at 30:00. I thought he was tired he's a powerful beast - last night's pizza did the trick.

    Wicked content. Could not get enough of your nutritional fueling protocol before, during and after your rides. Thank you, but I love my red wine - where does that fit in the eat-(drink)-my-ride app? I appreciate your dedication to your sport - mate - serious kitchen chops too! Super impressed with the meals. I'm a mid 50's Canadian who spent a couple of years in Oz as a youngster. I rode up the Col de Bonette this past summer on a supported cycling dream tour of a lifetime (100 Cols). We did it from the same side starting in Beuil, hitting the teardrop loop to get to 2860m and ending in Jausiers. What an epic day on the bike! - another day at the office for you. I definitely wasn't ripping 280-290w @ almost 4w/kg. Keep it going and best of luck with the rest of your program this season. Rubber side down.

    don't have a hitch on my car, so a dirty bike would be perfect on the roof.
    Will probably take my bike after a race on dirty Belgium roads.

    I was literally about to buy a roof rack and googled the frog thing, and then you started this giveaway!. It’s my first cycling season doing events and I live in melbs. I want to do Amy’s gran fondo and giro della Donna, also my grandad lives in Shepparton so taking the bike apart each time and stacking on luggage is sketchy. The rack would be magic.

    great video, increbibly well made video footage and interessting insight into the life of a pro cyclist. thank you for that.
    one question if you allow: how much benefit is there by being 7 days in altitude? i fuess more than not doing it at all :) but many articles I read say something like 14 days are the minimum for more hemoglobin-production, 18-21 days are optimal. so, is it worth it?
    thank you already for putting all the superb content out there!

    Hey Harry, thanks for the videos and congrats on the new contract. If you plan on a new slate of videos this off season, I’d love to see one that addresses the logistics of a transfer. I don’t think any fans have a good appreciation for the way it impacts a rider’s day-to-day life.
    Anyway, good luck next year and cheers.

  • @jgogl9791
    @jgogl9791 ปีที่แล้ว

    Nice one Harry
    Q for everyone - I'm sure they've done their research, but aren't these bike racks that clamp the drop outs putting stresses through parts of the frame that it was never designed to cope with? A 70mph wind buffeting the frame, all that force going through the tiny bit of carbon leading to the fork dropout?
    Eg most bike manufacturers even voided your warranty if you put them on a turbo, let alone in a hurricane (ie car roof on a motorway).

    Yep, just here for the cooking. I cycle to offset my cooking habit. Having to worry enough to justify that app would be a pipe dream. Question tho, do you have any good recipes for on-bike snacks? I know you use plastic scientific fuel things for 'proper' calibrated training rides but if you want some real food for a long-and-lazy ride, what do you like?
