And what about the way Jacob pulled away on the climb as well at 30:00. I thought he was tired he's a powerful beast - last night's pizza did the trick.
Honestly cannot overstate how well made these videos are. I haven't a clue how you do it all mate, between the cooking video editing and the cycling its just unbelievable. Thanks a ton for these x also jacobs a warrior
It’s like watching a cooking channel where the chef occasionally rides a bike to relax 😂 love it - perfect combination and great filming and editing 🙂 I bet teammates are lining up to go on food tasting, I mean training camps with you !
Brilliant, just brilliant. First rate filming, training insight, hydration, nutrition, commentary, and two blokes being themselves and not trying too hard. As an ardent cycling fan I loved this. Soo many peeps/channels are nowhere near this level of content. Top notch cooking too! More of this plz. Much more. 👊
Great video Harry! Beautiful scenery, useful insights on training and nutrition, and a masterclass in cooking. I loved the friendship you guys have, great chemistry.
Amazed anyone has the strength to cook like that after 4-5 hours of riding! That roof rack is very cool--I would use one to escape the snow in Ontario and go to Virginia 1100 kms away to ride where it is green!
Hey Harry, thanks for the videos and congrats on the new contract. If you plan on a new slate of videos this off season, I’d love to see one that addresses the logistics of a transfer. I don’t think any fans have a good appreciation for the way it impacts a rider’s day-to-day life. Anyway, good luck next year and cheers.
Wicked content. Could not get enough of your nutritional fueling protocol before, during and after your rides. Thank you, but I love my red wine - where does that fit in the eat-(drink)-my-ride app? I appreciate your dedication to your sport - mate - serious kitchen chops too! Super impressed with the meals. I'm a mid 50's Canadian who spent a couple of years in Oz as a youngster. I rode up the Col de Bonette this past summer on a supported cycling dream tour of a lifetime (100 Cols). We did it from the same side starting in Beuil, hitting the teardrop loop to get to 2860m and ending in Jausiers. What an epic day on the bike! - another day at the office for you. I definitely wasn't ripping 280-290w @ almost 4w/kg. Keep it going and best of luck with the rest of your program this season. Rubber side down.
Brilliant! Amazing food your making. I think you've just passed lockdown Victor & Jefke as the most entertaining cycling channel! Keep up the great work.
Awesome stuff mate! This is the perfect thing to watch while it's wet and horrible outside and you're doing a long one on the turbo. Makes you remember why you do it.
Big fan and watch for the cycling. BUT the food is amazing. My favorite was your mom being glad to have you home for your cooking. Priceless. Keep riding strong. You’re killin it
I would go with this bad boy to Rychlebské stezky CZ, one of the best place to MTB in this part east eu, of course before need to do legs on Jeseniky mountains roads ;)
It's really nice to see a pro cyclist with cooking skills and more important that shows that in order to perform even at the highest level you don't have to follow a bland and boring diet. The Gnocchi and the focaccia get the "molto bene" seal of approval, the pizza is still well done, but I think you got the potential to do a lot better, I don't believe that someone like you don't have a pizza stone. Keep it up and greetings from Italy 🤘
Stumbled upon this video - have already watched it twice!! The video has everything, cycling bits, nutritional bits, tech bits, scenery bits and of course - cooking bits. Have now subscribed to the channel - thanks guys
Would love to take my bike down to Utah to do some cycling when I visit my buddy this summer. Gimme dat Tree Frog! Sidebar: love the cooking content. Love the training montages. Even the fueling channel. Thanks for putting in all the effort boys!
As always, it is a delight to watch your videos. That Tree Frog bike rack looks sick though! If I had one, I would definitely try to explore my country Romania and do some well-known climbs, maybe get some KOMs. Cheers Harry!
Thanks for all, I have always been impressed on how much you eat...so I started eating much more in the bike and I am thankfull of what a diference in positive it had made in my capacity of effort and recovery!!!! If I am honored winning the treefrograck I will carry my babys to the central pyrenes...near Jaca to ride around tourmalet, panticosa, portalet...etc!!!
I was literally about to buy a roof rack and googled the frog thing, and then you started this giveaway!. It’s my first cycling season doing events and I live in melbs. I want to do Amy’s gran fondo and giro della Donna, also my grandad lives in Shepparton so taking the bike apart each time and stacking on luggage is sketchy. The rack would be magic.
I currently mainly cycle indoors (indoor bike), and enjoy cycling while watching videos like this. I've picked up on indoor cycling a lot this past year, focusing on building endurance. Winning one, I'd love to begin transitioning to outdoors, taking it out for adventures and longer cruises across the PNW.
Loving the vids, and cooking is on point. i would use the treefrograck to go up to Switserland and climb the Tremola and Furka pass. Keep up the great content.
I would use the rack to travel to my first granfondo this summer. I got most things sorted, but the bike transport is still an issue... Lovely video as always!!
Col de la Bonette is for sure one of the most fascinating climbs in Europe. Low traffic, outstanding landscape, 2.802 m high. Fantastic video. Thank you very much for sharing this fantastic landscape and your super pforessional work.
Great vid dude! Heading to Italy in a few months and will be riding the Stelvio! Have been debating whether to fly or to drive, so I can make stops on the way. A rack would settle that debate for sure! 🤙
Thanks for the vlog, I fell upon your channel after using the eat my ride garmin apps and was massively impressed by your cooking skills especially after big days in the saddle... It's great to see how a pro cyclist uses these apps to their full potential and will be following from now on. I was always weary of putting my bike on a roof rack system but that looks so much easier, would certainly help with ease of fit and removal once at the destination and would free up space inside my car when travelling with my TT bike to Ironman Wales.
Brilliant content Harry, Bravo. My Honda accord does not like my bike in the backseat when we go to the mountains for a ride! Would be amazing if i can finally get a proper bike rack. Cheers!
Your videos are incredible masterpieces, they are so well done and the fact that you tell us about your life as a pro cyclist sparing no detail is super cool and makes us discover what it is like to be a pro cyclist. Much love continue like that your videos are super cool to watch and even if they are 34 minutes long it's really easy to watch it fully
@@HarrySweeny98 Of course, I like your videos, being a 15 year old French amateur cyclist it is always a pleasure to watch your videos it teaches me a lot about cycling and the part where you cook is my favourite part because I can get meal ideas from you From your biggest fan, Tom
Brilliant. Love your content and the insight behind a pro. Equally, love seeing your cooking skills! Taking my bike that I can’t go would definitely be the Dolomites or Tenerife.
Amazing video as always, super impressed on the meal prep and cooking 😂👍🏽 also that tree frog mount looks amazing would love one of those it would make taking my bike to race day super easy and effortless 🔥🔥
Cant believe I am only just finding Harry’s channel (from a Velo story on the new EF kit). As much bike content as I watch and the TH-cam algorithm never suggests this 🤔? Anyway fantastic stuff Harry - came for some cycling and got a cooking show - and lots of other nuggets. You gained another subscriber!
Harry, this were some awesome 34 minutes of entertainment! Great pictures, great editing, nice bikes, superb casting and on top some awesome looking food! please keep producing this content!
Amazing video Harry! Thanks for sharing. Hard to decide if you are more of inspiration on the bike or in the kitchen! All the best for the season (editing.. damn top notch)
Love your passion for cooking mate. Good to see you enjoying all aspects of your work. I'll be taking my bikes up to Bright, Victoria - need to get Hotham & Falls done back to back.
Big Up to Skinny P. Nice to see him in the hurt box. Excellent vid. Love the no BS look at what goes into Altitude training. Not all glamorous, but makes ya go fast.
Loving the videos, this was the best one yet! Pizza game was strong - I reckon that's as good as you can get without a woodfired oven... Those treefrog racks look great! If I had one, would do a roadtrip down to Jindabyne to tick off the bucket list climbs up to Thredbo & Charlotte Pass... 👍
Thanks for the vids Harry - I’m planning to knock over the 7 peaks in the Victorian high country this year. I’m going to need a roof rack to get me to the base of those monsters climbs!
One of those racks would go good on my Corolla!! All down the east coast of Aus scoping out the best riding spots & races. Love your videos Harry keep killing it mate!
Phenomenal Content , and you should have a chain of cycling boutique cafe and fuel spots globally. The cheffing is tremendous and I’m sure everyone checking out the videos would gladly be regular patrons .
Definitely using that roof rack to hit up mudgee classic this april and bring our dogs.. They’ve been left home most days as bike takes priority at back seat! Always look forward to your content Harry, thanks for the insight. Super hooked.
Righteous vid. Love the levity and fun you bring to training. My wife and I ARE gonna take that frog rack to Vermont USA for our first ever century this summer. The race is called The Moose because the organiser drives around with a large stuffed moose in his convertible and there are moose crossing signs along the route. We’d love to ditch our old hitch rack for a sweet tree frog rack!!!!!! Please pick us!
I've been dying to ride the White Mountains in NH, USA but its about 60mi from where I live. The tree frog rack would be a life saver and help me transport my Ridley Fenix that doesn't fit in my small car. Well done in Paris Nice btw it was fun watching the Lotto Dstny team!
Watched from start to Finish nice no nonsense keeping it real . So really it's about keeping the tank filled up don't go into reserves . All about the eating . 😊 I raced Transcontinental 4 and i was just eating all day long to avoid being depleted . Great weeks training and your nit to shabby in the kitchen
Secret Barrister is a good read, shows the injustice system for what it is. Haven't looked at or know anything about 537 Days of Winter but I'm guessing it's something to do with mountaineering.
nice video, i enjoy it. I love vlogs like this :) I will take TreeFrog Racks for training in the Lipno (Czech) where will be my cycling camp with friends from Zwift.
Came here for cycling, stayed for the amazing cooking! I would use the bike rack to drive to the Belgian Ardennes in search of beautiful hilly terrain since I live in the very flat north
Harry your videos are just incredible, make me smile so much and inspire me to get out riding! As an Aussie watching you I just grin ear to ear with all the aussie chats and good vibes. Where would I take my bike on a tree frog bike rack: EVERYWHERE! One big one though, I'd use it to take my bike to the event that made me fall in love with cycling, the Brisbane to Gold Coast ride in Queensland Australia. Would give me space to take my dog! Because my bike usually takes up the whole back of my little hatchback so I never have room for anything except my bike. A roof rack would be a gold game changer.
Great video Harry. I’m planning on doing a duathlon from John o’Groats to lands end in the summer, so will need someone to drive my bike during the running sections. The tree frog would be ideal! 🎉
Nice vid as alaways, pro tips for home made pizza with a classic home oven : cook in two parts, a first with only the tomato sauce and cold cuts, then the second add the cheese, 2*4 minutes at 280°C in grill mod
Great video as always Harry planning on riding in the Rockey mountains that separates British Columbia and Alberta up in the high country, going to need a sweet rack to get the bikes there. Cheers mate
Dope video, beautiful scenery, delicious looking food, good music, and super interesting and informative! Great work and best of luck to you this spring and summer. Lotta people watching this are going to be cheering you on. Thanks for the lovely content, we do appreciate it! If I had a froggy I would use it to take my bike to amateur races of course. And I would probably use it to take my bike on a little trip to Michigan with my wife and dog.
Loving the scenery and the video. I’d also love the bike rack to attach to the roof of my recently purchased first car, helping me get up and down the UK to my races this season!
I would haul my bike to California and ride it to Maine. Awesome video, the production values are top notch. I can’t wait to watch the next one. Keep up the great work.
Love the videos Harry - beautifully shot too. Keep 'em coming. In this one you touched on some of the stretching exercises you do. Any chance of a separate video showing us in more detail some of the stretching and core strengthening workouts you do? Maybe what each one is called, number of reps and duration, what each one is designed to do, etc? Would love to see that. Cheers.
Great video as always, enjoy following you being you. Its a great insight in how hard you guys train and live. Personally the rack would be used in my case to get my bike to the sweet riding spots in the mountains. So I have more energy to ride in them than burning all the energy riding to them on the bike.
Amazing video, both content and quality. You're making me want to make some gnocchi 🤤 I'd use the roof rack to drive to the ferry so I can ride my gravel bike around the island of Inisbofin off the west coast of Ireland!
I’d be using the rack to drive from the UK to Portugal in September, taking a scenic route via the basque country and then continuing west through the north of Spain.
I'm more impressed by the food than anything else lmao
You stole my thoughts 😂. Harry should sell Training specific fuel plans. Before, during and after Ride.
Pizza recipe next time Sweeny
And what about the way Jacob pulled away on the climb as well at 30:00. I thought he was tired he's a powerful beast - last night's pizza did the trick.

I cannot believe how good you are at cycling it’s CRAZY
Going on a trip Slovenia with my bike if pogacar has been cycling there it hopefully has some special air that makes me faster🤞
Best bike content on YT right now, zero cap.

Taking my bike to Colorado Springs, CO this summer. Hopefully on a rack!
I appreciate the cycling and Aussie banter, my mrs appreciates the cooking. Cheers boys
Magnificent video! Going to schwiez in May, I could use a TreeFrog rack there so I don't end the days like Jacob
Love the video! Would love the rack for my roadtrip from New York City to Palm Springs!!!
