Same here. I hand wash in weak silk detergent and once dry I spray will collonil carbon pro-to help keep it water repellant ( although not waterproof).
I have boldly and fearlessly washed bags in the washer and let them air dry and ive never ruined one by doing so. I'd say try it with your white one! 😊

I have the light pink one and I tend to spill stuff. Put it in the washing machine and it’s as good as new. Really don’t worry about getting a light colour, it will be fine

I did! For some reason mine came out of the wash destroyed 🥲 must have chosen an aggressive cycle

Interesting that you say the corduroy is more resistant - are the nylon ones prone to snagging etc? Trying to decide between!
My nylon one never snagged but it definitely felt more fragile compared to corduroy
