Goketsuji Ichizoku Matsuri Senzo Kuyou also known as Goketsuji Ichizoku Senzo Kuyou (豪血寺一族 先祖供養) is a 2D fighting game. It is the seventh installment and the latest entry in the Power Instinct series. It was released by Atlus in Japan on August 8, 2009.
In February 22 of 2012, an updated version of the game was released for the Arcade system NESiCAxLive. Many changes and adjustments were made. For example, the transformed versions of the transformable characters now have their own Stress Shot techniques.

I surely saw that menacing granny on pixiv and was wondering where she's came from. "Regain youth" mechanic looks clever, and I wonder why no other fighting game characters done something similar (Maybe only Shang Tsung).

Both Sandra and her younger sister Elizabeth are sorceresses. They can transform their body parts like that. And unlike the Goketsuji twins, Sandra and Elizabeth are actually quite pleasant and polite -- except to Angela.
