Bucephalandra is a genus of flowering plants in the family Araceae. There are 30 species of Bucephalandra which have been discovered in Borneo and have been formally described by S.Y. Wong and P.C. Boyce. Most of the species are found in Borneo.

Impressive you can prevent gsa on anubias and bucephalandra.
May I ask how often do you water change and what is the tds please?
40-50% weekly, regular tap water
pH between 7.0 - 7.5, that’s about it, does not monitor any other parameters.

How do you keep those wood pieces so Algae free? Do you have lower lighting or some special way of cleaning it? What is the secret
The secret ingredient is: finding the balance between lighting, CO2 and fertilizers.
You need to play with these settings and see what works for your setup, you might not get it right at the first try. In some instance you might need to restart your tank, patients is the key.

What do you do so that algae does not grow on plants... Your tank does not have any type of algae؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟
Try to experiment with your tank, adjust the lighting intensity/during, adjust the CO injection, break down the CO injection during (2hrs on, 30 minutes off, so on...), use liquid fertilizer, and try to find the right balance. It doesn’t come easy, requires a lot of patience and time.
