She does, almost every animatronic since a little after 1999 has a backstory on the back of their boxes. 0:31 - 0:33 is where the backstory for The Twitching Banshee shows up. Though it's really small, so it's hard to read.

It's made by Wu yu, sadly. The Spirit Halloween version is no longer going being made by SVI since the model from 2015, 2016, and 2020 (last time available) was sold at other places. So it's no longer copyrighted for Spirit Halloween.
