Thanks for sharing. This was a comprehensive review, and I'm always looking for styling gel options. African Pride Flaxseed Gel has been my go to aside from Blueberry Bliss. I was disappointed when African Pride Flaxseed gel was discontinued, so I started using their curl defining gel, which has more of a maximum hold as opposed to the Flaxseed gel, which is lightweight, and perfect for my hair. The good thing is the local beauty supply stores sells it. I do want to try some of the other options. I'm glad you didn't mention Cream of Nature gel. They dry out my already dry hair.
I deal with a lot of flyaway hairs, so I was really looking for something to tame it. The littlextraa neatfix hair finishing stick does exactly what it claims and slicks back your hair. Its texture in your hair varies with how much you apply. With rosemary in it, I prefer using it on my hair. One of my main issue with this stick is that the container is black, so you cannot see how much gel you have left.
I heard that the ECO styling gel is a good choice for mixing with leave-in conditioner. Is there any gel as good as ECO that mixes well with conditioner AND holds really well without flaking?
I don't think I can find any gel that can take this louisiana heat. It's really humid here, so about time you get to where you going, your edges are puffed up. I will try some of these though. Thanks
Miche works very well on gray. I've also used a newer gel by ENBBA. It's not cheap but worth every penny! Only a small dollop will style a section of hair.
PLEASE HELP! I have fine, low porosity, super high density type 4 hair While I've found a mousse that loves me, the gel ALWAYS flakes. It doesn't matter if I use it with other products or alone.
Hi Love! Thanks for the recommendations.. I've been needed new items for my daughters beautiful voluminous curls. Which would you recommend for sleeker looks? I'm trying to have her hair more pulled up with her going to school & right now I feel like only Got2B holds her hair but I hate the buildup & flaking it causes 😫
The Mane Choice Tropical Moringa and Ancient Egyptian was my favorite.
The Doux is it for me.
The Entire Line♥️
Yes I agree with you, I had the Egyptian line body products, that lotion was good ❤❤
Extreme wetline gel is my fave!!!! I use it for everything! My flat twistout, my mini twists, slick back ponytail...
Does it flake?
@@TheDeondra22 nope

What do you think about nyxon styling gel?
Let's be honest we know dam well, when these "blk owned" businesses, sale their companies. They change & it's never the same again. Total let down.
