I've been watching Lofi tutorials for a while now. And found your channel. I'm voraciously absorbing everything. You move a little fast for me to follow everything so I have to watch a couple of times, but man I'm loving your style, the way you teach all of it. Sad to see you're not posting as much recently.
Thank you so much! I try to pack as much stuff in to each video so they can be a little fast paced. I’m glad they’re helpful. And I haven’t posted in a while…but that might change tomorrow 😁
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and this awesome song. I am learning music production from scratch and it is so rare to find content with that quality that you just delivered. Gratitude. 🙏
Not gonna lie every vid I decide to just watch "by the way" of yours its always a) a dope beat at the end and most importantly b) a proper gem of a hack for ableton I end up using...love it
Great video & presented really well. I am brand new to Lofi as I come from more of a synthwave background. I’ve liked and subscribed and look forward to watching more of your videos.
Yeah, ableton lite is kind of rough haha. Vital is a free Wavetable synth similar to Serum. Analog Lab is a little more, but one of my absolute favorites. Wait until Black Friday and you can usually get some pretty good deals.
This is so helpful. I’m trying so hard to learn how to make Lofi! I play bass in a band so maybe that’ll help with the bass lines 😂 How did you get the bass to fill in so much and be so thick sounding? Definitely subbing! Thanks!
Playing bass should definitely help! Best way I’ve found to get the bass to sound full is by cutting the low end out of most other instruments so they’re not competing. Also, adding some saturation to the top end of the bass helps! Have fun and thanks for the sub!
Im planning to buy Evolution Hollowbody Blues VST so is this the best vst for lofi production as Im not a guitar player but a keyboard player, please guide me.
I just love that you’re a laid back instructor who gets straight to the point and explores multiple genres 😎
That’s definitely my vibe. Thanks so much! 🙂

Great tutorial, very inspiring! Would love to know what reverb you put on the snare incidentally, I am struggling to replicate this kind of sound...
Thank you! Pretty sure I used Valhalla Vintage Verb on this one 🙂

This video helped me more than anything I've seen. I'm currently working off ableton lite (I know🤢), can you recommend any budget friendly plug ins?

Most of the Evolution guitar VSTs sound pretty good…you can check out demos on their website and see which one you like the sound of best.
What's the name of pad you used using Analog? I can't see because of your self vid. Thank you!
It’s “Endless Flight.” It shows up at the top middle when I have Analog Lab open 🙂
@@khartbeats Thank you very much! I also love your tutorial- easy to beginners!
@@breadandthecat no problem! I’m glad it was helpful!
