    Veal being cheap and chicken being expensive? Nowadays it’s the other way around! Dandelion greens? With all the pesticides being sprayed on lawns they’re hard to find! And if one does find them, are they safe to eat, even after washing them?

      You'd just have to find places that didn't spray. You could also plant some if you have a garden. Believe it or not, the reason we have dandelions in this country is because early settlers are the ones that brought them here. They grew them as a vegetable in their gardens.

      The are sautéed in butter or margarine until they are brownish and kind of sticky. The video keeps mispronouncing it.
