A certain character needs to beat a certain other character within a certain map using any move that would normally proc the small cutscene where they're sent sideways (a standing Heavy or a Vanish works). Also needs to win the match when doing so. For example, have Trunks kill Fused Zamasu with a Vanish on West City (Destroyed). If that would win the game, it plays the Dramatic Finish instead. As for the skins, those are mods.
