They were beating them at first 2-0 then when a striker from their team dribbled and passed the goal keeper, the keeper tried to pull him down to the ground but ended up getting hurt by the strikers cleat, and so the keeper starts crying. Even though it was the keepers fault and the striker wasn't even looking back at the keeper, the striker got a red card. They were then 2 men down (because not all came to the game), and they end up getting scored on. The other team then commits a blatant hand ball in the box, and the ref said it was an accident, so no penalty. Then like a minute later my lil cousin gets tackled by behind in the box and it's no penalty. My lil cousin was out due to his injury. They then score 2 more, ending it 3-2 and after the game when the players were complaining to the ref, the other teams parents say "Go back to Mexico u kids" to our players who are mostly Hispanic. Not even lying or anything, grown ass people were saying this to 14 year old kids. And when I told the ref she shrugged her shoulders saying the game is over. Smh

The coach thinks that the rule is this. The ref interpreted the rule as that. The coach tells the ref that the game is being played under protest. The governing body then takes a look at the situation at a later date and rules in favor of the coach or in favor of the ref. If they rule in favor of the ref, then the game stands. If they rule in favor of the coach, then the game is restarted at the point of the protest. In this situation, it makes no sense that the game is to be replayed. It should be replayed at the point in the penalty kicks where the ref interpreted the rule incorrectly.
People don't understand that high school refs are exactly that. High school refs. One ref might ref a soccer game and then the next day they could ref a football game. They don't like soccer and don't understand the rules of the game. I once saw somebody get called offside after he dribbled past somebody.
