Then he brought it down for a landing (2:10) and I knew it was him. RIP.

The lyrics "and if you save your yourself, it will make him happy" means (to me) he'd want a virgin, Kurt referes to him wanting preference on her, bending her to his will, CUSTOMIZES his gf to how he wants her to look and act, like a doll. The reason I automatically thought he was describing virginity in a relationship (most likley hetero) was because that's a term a lot of people use on women who'd want to keep their virginity. "He'll keep you in jar" as if he's keeping her hidden away as a little pet to control, only for him. "You'll think your happy" is the manipulation part of it, he only acts sweet if it benefits him in the way that she's staying, and she's fooling and lying to herself thinking this is how a normal relationship between a man and women is supposed to be.
