Thank you for the example. That's pretty good for overcast and their faces were surprisingly clear and light in that one back lit shot. When the Nikon p1000 was announced I got excited but went to look for similar options and am considering this, less than half the cost and all the same features, just shorter zoom, a nice trade for the 2.8 through all zoom range.
Is the Panasonic FZ300 a good replacement for a camcorder on a holiday? I like the video quality. It is much cheaper than 4K camcorders such as Sony's FDR-AX53.
Nice video. Thank you for sharing. For stills, did you have any issues with the ISO only going as low as 100 in bright light? Especially in terms of subject resolution/details on textures on a close-up?
This is really hard to say. For someone could be result OK, for other with a full frame camera could be result horrible :) Depends on brightnes of scene with details too. Off course is easier for camera some bright scene than dark... Just look on sample pictures on internet and compare results with your own requests :)

That blonde girl at the start is breathtaking seriously I wish I was lucky enough to have a girl like her to love forever. :) I see someone mentions image noise that can be sorted out to some degree by using a plugin effect called 'Neat Noise Reduction' in a video editor.
Finally some low'light demonstration, honestly, not bad! A little noisy in the dark shot but, it's only noticeable if you're looking for it. I think I'd rather use 1080p with 60p rather than 4K though, that plane started to look like it was in 3 places at once.
+Max Yes it is small sensor with a limits in shadows and lights (dynamic range), but... it is a little bit "short minde" judge camera by TH-cam videos with this low bitrate limits... But, yes, off course, noise is a bigger than on bigger chips.
That zoom tho holy shit!
Great stuff!

Hi, yes, nice video and apparently nice camara. Would you buy the FZ 300 again? I'm thinking of getting one with 4k. Thanks.
Hi - I change my cameras very often, now I use a Panasonic G7 - really nice camera, just "baby GH4" :)

Hi, very nice video. Am about to buy the fz 300. Which video program did you use to create this video? Thx
