Parabens pela escolha e homenagem do classico Don TOM Jobim, um virtuosissimo improviso de Bossa e Jazz....O resto e Mar........ E sejam bem vindos ao Brazil Sao Paulo. Abraços!!!
Ever heard of Jazz? Ever heard of Fusion? Ever understood Creativity & Spontaneity? Free Self From Shackles of Fundamentals? Jazz encompasses ALL - the perfect chameleon?! You'll get there, one Eureka Discovery. (Bossa Nova itself is also a rhythmic interpretation of the original form - whatever that might've been.)
Like jazz pioneers of modern jazz (not too many), every descendant of them is inevitably cloned in their blueprint, unfortunately evolving as academic slaves. Standing out requires freeing creative space for yourself; it takes personal un-chatteled endeavour sounding like the 'left' guy. The 'right' guy does just that, which is sounds RIGHT to academia - But, THAT'S SOOOOOOOOOOOO BORING - but nice enough to be enslaved to STUDY, graduating jazz-studies and sense of belonging (you're IN the GANG!). For the crusade of jazz longevity: WE NEED MORE INDIVIDUALITY!!!
This is exactly the magic of sound!
Bravo!

this is great, but i think the rhythm player should remember this tune is a bossa nova song.
the freedom one finds in jazz...is to deliver music...no "strings" attached. I do, however, fully understand your comment.

Guy on the left is just intrusive. Just too much.
The guy on the right is amazingly good! The guy on the left should learn jazz from his friend. His play is very obtrusive...

Left does not sound as powerful, but he is a great musician. Don't judge others if you don't have as much exp. or talent. Thanks !
