Bboys such as: F.E, Octopus, Shorty force... Are THE BEST, they should be more famous. In my opinion korean bboys are the n1, better than others (i'm from Spain). Hong 10 is better than Lilou, sorry.
I would say Korea has the best pool of high level bboys. Some would have gained more recognition if they were from America. If you go to a practice session or jam in Korea, you will notice they are a level ahead from other countries. It's funny tho most korean bboys nowadays focus on footwork and chilling, but still a lot of top notch technical bboys are Korean :P
Replying to Rando M i would say top 1 is between France/Korea-----Korea/France. Depends on the year... Imo France had the best powermovers, which could compete against Korean weapons. If we look it by countries Europe is the best one (France as leader) the next would be Asia, where Korea and Japan predominate in bboying world (Korea as leader there) The 3rd one would be America (North and South) but if we look at the side where i am from (NA) the most iconic bboys of the moment are of south american descent, we have Thesis, El Nino, Victor, Roxrite...Basically cosmopolitan country XD. Africa is the enigmatic one, where this way of art was born it can be the best continent as it can be the last. There are a lot of talent growing in the real streets, and we probably won't know that...
FE HAD ONE OF THE BEST FLOWS and he could connect all of his moves together also while staying on beat.
