Some context of the beef:
Chip released a track called “Waze” in which he sent shots at Mez bc he made a song called “the king of grime” (I believe). Stormzy thought it was about him bc he refers to himself as the king of grime and ended up pulling up to Chip’s place with three guys. Chip then released Flowers which you should check out! 👍 Stormzy doesn’t have social media and hasn’t replied other than sending indirects in Skengman with Ghetts which 10 commandments is a response to

@@otb-1004 yeah I’m not sure what happened between “I dunno” being released and Stormzy pulling up, seemed like a heated phone call or they met up one on one and then Stormzy came back a few days later with his goons. I think they’ll understand everything in Flowers from this info though 👍

Skengman wasn't an intended indirect at anyone, Ghetts even said in an interview he has had that track way before the Chip and Stormzy beef was big. Either way Chip bodied him but that track has nothing to do with the beef!

To me it seemed to be directed at Chip bc he said “I love a real life encounter, it’s funny on the phone you’re a shouter” and Chip tweeted about their voice notes and texts and said that he wasn’t the one shouting. Also with the snitching bar in Skengman. I think Ghetts only meant that his part was recorded a while back to clear himself from the beef but I’m not sure 👍

To date Chip has released 3 diss tracks to Stormzy, Flowers , Killer MC and 10 Commandments. ( Flowers being my favourite ) . Stormzy has yet to reply . He knows his pen game isn’t on Chips level . Ironically though , one of the most savage diss tracks ever ( IMO ) is Still Disappointed , Stormzys diss track to Wiley . 🔥🏴

Stormzy took it as an indirect to him and dissed him in "I dunno" but then pulled up to chips crib with his goons looking for smoke, but chip wasn't him but his brother who was days outta jail was and stood ground with a kitchen knife. Someone in chips apartment building called the police on them. There's a vid online of them leaving the block.

Stormzy put a tune out with ghetts called "skengman" and dissed chip as a small reply. 8 hours later chip bodied him and put "10 commandments" out... the verse "caught in the middle my pen go boom" then told them to pick a side im aiming at the fence was towards ghetts for been on the skengman track, and ghetts is one of the most feared in the uk, a day later ghetts put a vid out saying that he's staying out of it and has nothing to do with him because everyone knows in the uk that the Last thing you do is beef with chip.

🔥 10 commandments is the 3rd diss track. Chip did Flowers and Killer MC.

GSAP is your religion.. is a reference to Stormzy album “Gang signs and prayers.” Also this diss track dropped within hours of Skengman (where Stormzy indirectly responds). Chip been in the game since he was 15, he’s now 30! Chip dropped 2 diss tracks prior, Uk everyone knows chip is a BEAST with his pen and a og in this game, especially in diss tracks. He has nailed many flows, recently dropping a drill tune. Also Stormzy literally says “chip don’t run out of bars” in his own track. Wiley.. Stormzy replied in 24 hours to him, even Wiley saying “why you scared of replying to chip?” Stormzy also deleted al of his social media because he said he couldn’t handle it.
And yes, Stormzy makes kind of gospel inspired songs but then also wants to act hard...

Stormzy is the biggest selling rapper from the UK. He treads the line between Mainstream and Grime. They have beef, but a lot of people forget Chip tried to be mainstream and break America many moons ago and it didn’t quite work. Stormzy is where Chip wanted to be.

You guys should react to UK artist Lady Leshurr. She's like a female Chip. Her flow, bars and energy are insane. In my opinion she's the best in the UK. I recommend DIV. It's a diss track in retaliation to a rapper called Ivorian Doll (IVD) who mentioned lady leshurr in her daily duppy. DIV means stupid person in the UK.
You should definitely check out some stormzy, I recommend audacity and shut up they are great songs to get a feel for him on
