I always start your videos and then turn them off 20-30 seconds in cause i cant take the random, nonsensical hand gestures. It might seem like nothing to you, but it ruins your credibility and it just makes you look like you have no idea what your saying. Just watch your video and watch how dumb it looks, hahaha
Had a ‘15 Veloster base (Re:Flex) for a good 4 years. Had wanted the N since it was first announced back in 2017 or 2018. Come 2022 in Feb. I trade that 15 V for the 22 VN and have been loving it ever since. Definitely worth the wait and worth if you can find it going for MSRP. It’s never a dull moment being behind the wheel of this car. Love seeing comments that reassure me that I’m not the only one that enjoys this awesome car.
I have always hated the look of hatchbacks. I test drove one just because it was convenient. I expected gross things. I haven't smiled so much in years. After test driving 9 other cars since, I had to have the Veloster. Brought it home last week.
@@Catgat37 now I’ve had it for 2yrs exactly this month. It’s my daily. Just ticked over 60k miles. Only major thing was fuel injector went bad and was replaced under warranty. ‘21 VN w DCT is one of my favorite cars I’ve ever owned. Only “mod” I did were a set of winters (blizzaks) and changed the summers to Michelin PS4S.
@@heekim3373 nice. I paid extra for an extended premium service plan. Saddest thing right now is that 2 days after buying, I find out that it never had the recall issue taken care of. So now I am not driving it for the next 2 weeks 😪
In the process of trying to find one to buy right now. I leased a 2020 Veloster 2.0 automatic and my lease is ending. I LOVE my Veloster (after driving it for 3 years) and it's just a base model pretty much. I really want to BUY and OWN a 2022 N DCT so badly. Not many around my area so might be going on a road trip to make sure I get one! Fingers crossed!!!!!!!!!
Once they start making these actually good looking then it’s going to be such an amazing car. But it really needs a re design. That’s just my opinion though of course 🤙🏼

One of the best kept secrets. Test drove one last year with zero expectations. Now I’ve owned it for a year. So capable and fun.

@@Catgat37 the DCT recall? It was a fairly quick fix for me - just a software update that didn’t take longer than 20mins.

Starting in 2015 if you had the performance pages in any trim level of Challenger/Charger you had adjustable launch control.
I don't think I've ever seen a car with a radar chart for the settings

well they have stopped making them, so there is that lol. Wont be any more Veloster N's for 2023. Only Elantra and Kona N's.

The GT500 lets you adjust the launch rpm too.
Aaaahh that makes sense... A lot more sense than here on the Veloster. But, i'm not complaining haha. Excited to drive the GT500.
