Folks, did anyone follow where the last row in the first tableau came from ? [-3, -4, 0, 0....8]
Your Z is basically A1+A2+A3 so he just added the 3 equations and get it from there. But I don't know why he doesn't include 2*lambda1 + u1 +u2
