xiaomi ultra 13 disassembly and lcd replacement

Customer brought that phone for lcd replacement but before he brought to me he took someone else he really destroyed his phone damaged all flex cable flex had jumpers from board to lcd connector it was only lcd cracked display was still there but previous technician was a butcher not a technician he destroyed the battery as battery was punctured all cables were damaged basically motherboard is fully dead as he didn’t opened the phone properly
