In the Callister textbook that this problem is from, there is a table of Diffusion coefficients and activation energies in Chapter 5. Placement changes based on edition, but you should see Table 5.2 somewhere around section 5.5. In that table it gives you a list of diffusing species (the species that is moving) and host species (the species that makes up your material). You just find the line that has the correct ones then go over to the column for activation energy that is the proper units for your problem.
