I read the first half of the NASM book 2 years ago and then quit because I was overwhelmed. I just read the 2nd half of the book this month and decided to try the exam to see what would happen, even though I was very uncertain about my retention. 2 days of binging your content is why I passed the test!! The assault bike is great for HIIT but not so much for steady state since you are locked to a slow cadence. I wish companies would make affordable full body bikes with magnetic resistance so you can adjust cadence and resistance like with a spin bike. The Keiser M3i Full Body Trainer is the only one I know of but its insanely expensive. Seems like it would be a multi-million dollar idea given the huge popularity of assault bikes. Who wouldn't want a SILENT magnetic assault bike with adjustable cadence and resistance?
In practical test : How many minutes conduct the cardio assessment for somebody want to reduce weight if the person is overweight. It can cause knee pain We can do below VT1 but for exam perspective how many min is okay

Absolutely! It carries more weight if you are looking to get hired at a gym.
