- Main Features
(1) Adopt the whole welding frame structure, and through vibration aging treatment, the machine has good rigidity, high precision, and good accuracy.
(2) A three-point supporting rolling guide is adopted. The upper tool holder rolls without clearance between rolling guides. The blade clearance can be adjusted by turning the handwheel.
(3) Movable blade support and four-blade long blade facilitate the adjustment of blade clearance uniformity, improve shear quality, and prolong the service life of the blade.
(4) The serial cylinder synchronous system is adopted, and the machine is under uniform stress. By adjusting the amount of serial cylinder oil, the shearing Angle can be easily adjusted to meet the needs of shearing different plate thickness.
(5) The power rear stopper device and electronic counter are adopted to conveniently adjust the position of rear stopper.
(6) Hydraulic feeder makes shearing more reliable.
(7) Spherical ball bearing platform and rod, convenient for users to shear feeding.
(9) The steel strip ruler front stopper perpendicular to the lower blade can meet the user's requirements for pre-positioning operation.
(10) The hydraulic system adopts the skin type accumulator as auxiliary energy, and absorbs the pressure impact at the same time. The machine runs smoothly with low noise.
